We are an internationally acclaimed company now exporting Fradu Cafe stores and South African culture to North America.

Fradu Café South African BBQ was established in 2006 by 2 young dynamic South Africans, Frank, and Duduzile.
The name Fradu was abbreviated from the name Frank & Duduzile who are co-founders of the business. The business has grown from a small home kitchen catering company to owning restaurants in food court malls, cafes in student residences, and office parks in South Africa and has now expanded to Calgary, Canada.
Our customers will always be our guests and experience the ultimate hospitality of a South African home. We will make your celebrations, both corporate and personal, delicious. With 17 years of experience, we promise you the freshest, local ingredients, hand-crafted cooking sprinkled with our unique whimsical elegance, and exceptional African service. The colours and textures found in the wonderful rainbow nation that we call home, stir our passion.
